FAIRYTALE PULA AND OLIVES

We will see Pula, the largest city of the Istrian County. The city in which the old permeates new. Pula is famous for mild climate, quiet sea and rich history.

The city is abundant with the sights of the past, some of which are going to be on our itinerary: the Roman amphitheater (the largest and most preserved monument of antique architecture in Croatia where gladiators fought), the Temple of Augustus and the Hercules Gate. After Pula we will head towards Vodnjan, a town of old traditions and famous olive growers. In a family oil mill, we will taste top-quality olive oil and learn some of the secrets of its production.
